How should I clean stainless steel?

It is good practice to clean equipment immediately after use. We supply a very effective stainless steel cleaning spray. Please see the splash back page.

You don't list the size I want. Can you make custom sizes?

Yes, nearly all our products can be made to custom sizes at little or no extra cost. On most items you can enter the sizes you need.

What is the One Hour Delivery Window?

Items not exceeding 850mm in length can be sent on a next day service which has a 1 hour delivery window. You don't have to wait in all day! This service is free of charge. You will receive an email in the morning telling you what time your delivery will arrive.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer fast and reliable delivery to any country using Interlink or TNT. Please contact us for more information.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands.

Yes, we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands, this usually take slightly longer. Please contact us for prices.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands.

Yes. Please contact us for prices.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Standard deliveries are delivered between 8am and 5.30pm. If your item is delivered with the delivery time slot then you will notified of a 1hr time slot when your delivery should arrive. Morning and timed deliveries can be arranged on request.

Is your glass heat resistant?

Yes, we use toughened glass which is resistant to temperatures of 200deg C. Although we don't recommend having a splashback closer than 100mm from a gas flame.

How strong is a glass splashback?

Our toughened glass splashbacks are very strong under normal use, toughened glass is 5 times the strength of normal glass. Please take care not to bump the corners when handling though.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we do not have a showroom. We do however have samples of materials and products if you do wish to visit.

Economy or Luxury splashbacks?

The luxury splashback has a thickness of 8mm and a more finished edge appearance than the economy splashback. The luxury one is the thicnkess of a tile so looks better next to tiles. Both look great. Check the photos to decide which one you prefer or decide based on your budget.

How do I fix a glass splash back?

A glass splashback can be fixed by sticking or screwing with mirror screws. Glass splashbacks must only be stuck on using a Neutral Cure Silicone. Other adhesives which contain solvents may cause damage and discoloration to the splashback.
