Delivery Issues - July 2021

While the UK's economy is making a bounce back from covid, all the UKs couriers are experiencing un-precedented demand and they are struggling to achieve deliveries to schedule.

Unfortunately there are many delays of about 2-5 days affecting mainly larger items with Tuffnells and with pallet networks.

There have been some delays of upto 10 working days in the London region, mainly affecting larger parcels. (over 900mm)

By continuing with an order with us you are accepting that the delivery leadtimes quoted are estimates and accept that there may be considerable delays. We cannot take any responsibilty for late deliveries. We also will have little or no control over when you will receive your delivery after it has been dispatched.

Please do not book fitters etc before receiving your goods.

We appologies for this inconveniencing but this is a nationwide problem affecting all companies and couriers.
